Grounds & Property Assistant
Flexible part-time · primarily on-siteThee Quad Resorts · Oakland Park / Wilton Manors, Florida
Help care for the physical environment of Thee Quad.
This hands-on opportunity supports the grounds, property, garden areas and ongoing physical improvement of the resort.
It is best suited to someone who enjoys practical work, notices what needs attention and is comfortable moving between routine upkeep and small property projects.
Responsibilities
- Gardening and plant care
- Weeding and exterior cleanup
- Watering and property upkeep
- Moving materials and supplies
- Painting and minor cosmetic repairs
- Light handyman tasks where qualified
- Organizing exterior and storage areas
- Pickup and drop-off of supplies or materials
- Occasional Home Depot, warehouse, and vendor runs
- Support property improvement projects
- Identify and report maintenance issues
- Help keep the exterior environment clean and ready
Preferred Qualifications
- Dependable
- Comfortable with physical work
- Attention to detail
- Property / grounds experience preferred
- Gardening or landscaping experience a plus
- Basic handyman experience a plus
- Comfortable moving materials
- Reliable transportation
- Truck or large vehicle is a plus, not required
- Able to work independently
- Familiarity with local suppliers and vendors is a plus
